Production and distribution of purified water systems (reverse osmosis)

LOOPTEC purified water distribution system is a compact system for distributing, disinfecting and monitoring of the purified water according with EP and USP standards.

Main components of the system include

Preliminary water preparation block: lime and organic impurities removal
Water softening system: Ca and Mg filtration stage
5 µm filter: removes particles larger than 5 µm
Reverse osmosis system: removes majority of salts , TOC, endotocsins and SiO
Deionization modules: complete removal of Co, Cl, and SiO
Central system of control and monitoring: fully automatic online control and monitoring

Productivity: 500 l/hour– 50000 l/hour.

How it works

Purified water for disinfection passes through ozone installation through a bypass line and returns to the loop.
When the water passes through the ozone installation, it absorbs ozone. Ozone of concentration from 15 to 25 ppb creates constant protection for the container with water.
UV installation destroys ozone before the purified and sterilized water passes through the main loop.
This helps to reduce its concentration to the normal level.
Whole system for production, distribution, sterilization and monitoring of the purified water includes the OSMOSTAR system for purified water production and LOOPTEC system for purified water distribution. Besides this, you can choose hot water (80-85°С) sterilization of the loop and the container for water.
