Dry Heat Sterilizer Class 100
This equipment is used for sterilization and removal of the pyrogens of such products as glass bottles, flasks, vials, glass containers, metal containers, metal shelves and machine parts.
Construction Characteristic
- Three choices of doors are offered: double leaf, rolling, and vertically rolling doors.
- Water cooling system/Air cooling system choice.
- Chamber, doors and mechanical parts are maid from stainless steal AISI 304. Can also be made from stainless steal AISI 316L on customer's demand
- All inner corners of the chamber are rounded.
- Chamber is weld with the argon-arc welding machine.
- Inside chamber has polishing with roughness no more than 0.5 microns
- Reliable insulation, the outer surface of the chamber is made out of stainless steal. Design eliminates deformation from heat.
- Maximum temperature on the outer surface: 40°C.

Main Characteristics

- Feeding part of equipment is equipped with connections for validation tests
